I've googled and googled and found no evidence anyone has actually made it happen. I realize this list isn't a hacker's hangout but figgered I'd ask here anyway as one never knows . . . :-)
In case you don't know about what the heck I'm babbling - Bondi iMacs came with an expansion slot on their logic boards. Apple actively discouraged 3rd party developers from creating _anything_ for this slot. Although Apple never released the mezzanine slot specs, a couple of cards were made including a Voodoo2 video card and an UW scsi card. The mez slot is (from all evidence I've seen) some flavor of PCI, similar or even identical to the G3 Perch slot. If the pinout were publicly available it opens the possibility of creating a mez-to-PCI adapter, allowing use of many modern expansion options.
