Help, my dock disappeared

I have panther 10.3.2 installed on an iMac DV SE slot loader My 3 yr  
old lost the dock. how can I  retrieve it. Which leads my to my next 
question and what Got me into this mess. How do I set the multiple user 
feature to open on the loGin screen after a restart. my son fiGured out 
that if he does a restart it Goes to my desktop. finally I cannot type 
a small G on my keyboard. It is one of the new ones with the usb ports 
in the back. Every time I type a small G, I  Get a box with dock menu 
options on the screen. HELP.
