Although I haven't personally tried it (yet), from what I understand,
yes, they work just fine.

The catch is, there is no power key, and no command key (cloverleaf/apple
key). I don't know if the Windows key maps the same as the command key or
not.

I just had to replace the keyboard on my iMac for my inlaws - they couldn't read the white letters on the black keys. I used a Logitech and it was Mac/Win - so it had the Windows special keys that were also marked with the Mac versions! Rather neat except you can't plug the mouse into the keyboard. :o(
