I'm having similar problems--EVERYTHING, whether the sender is in my address book or not--goes to Junk, then I have to manually move it to IN. Even then, the next messages all end up in Junk. I'm running 10.3 with the recent upgrade, and still can't get it to behave. Any suggestions for alternative programs?? <other than OE, that is!>

THis may be a little off topic - but I was hoping someone would chime in.
I've been running osx mail for some time - and it seems that my junk mail filter has stopped working. I've set the mode (in 10.2.8) to training a few times, let it run for a few days, marked mail "junk" - but it still is not picking up and moving my junk mail. A search on apple's website and other places hasn't resulted in any helpful information.
ANyone else experience and hopefully, fix, this?
I run a 800 mhz IMac, btw.
Thanks much.
