Last night - we received an email that we sent to ourselves 2 days ago! Sounds like it might be a problem with our isp..

Check in both programs to make sure they have the setting "leave a copy of mail on server" checked. Both are pop clients and will be downloading the mail from the server, therefore, the first one to it gets the mail.Indecision may or may not be my problem...

If we start up windows xp (we have virtual PC on our IMAC) and log into outlook, there will be email messages from the day that don't appear in our mail program under jaguar. We use cox cable as our ISP and have both a cox and apple email address, although the majority of our email is via our cox account.
I'm trying to figure out if this is a function of the mail program or has something to do with our ISP, or something else. Any suggestions?
