My Bondi will be here first of the week. I am wondering I have found a strawberry shell, can I change out the bondi shell for the strawberry? Has anyone attempted this? I did a quick google search, and came up empty. Just wondered if anyone has tinkered with the notion?

I had a little play with the idea but as I don't have any iMac plastics let alone an actual iMac to do it on there seemed little point to thinking about it.
The way I figured was that it probably would work, however not having an iMac to test it on, I wasn't able to consider the difficulty in actually doing it.
Phil has an iMac G3/400 Slot Loader and we tried to open that up once to put a fan in to keep it cool, but we found that we couldn't get the top coloured bit off, could be something we missed or just difficult.
Just note that the Slot loaders and the Tray loaders are a different shape, and overall slightly different design so you can't mix-n-match those.
