The DVD drive in my iMac (OS X.2.x, 400 MHz, 512 Mb, 30 Gb) doesn't ejects the CD/DVD anymore.
Does it really not eject, or does it do the typical slot drive problem of not gripping the disc firm so it tries but the disc doesn't get all the way out.
Nothing sticks out of the drive. Last time I had to open the iMac case to get to the drive and extract the stuck CD.
Maybe I'll do that again. Install OS X.3 and then open the machine again, but it is a @[EMAIL PROTECTED] project.
By the way, anyone knows of a source of cheap (+/- $50 US) DVD drives?
