Hi, I am using OS X 10.2. Various programs have put things in my Services Menu on the toolbar. How can I get rid of them? I have menus put there by Opera and MacTelnet. Why would I want to open a URL in MacTelnet anyway? heh. This is bugging me.
Great question, and as with everything Mac, there are at least two answers.
1. All the services are located in either /Library/Services or (your user name)/Library/Services. Just remove the ones you don't want.
2. Macupdate.com and versiontracker.com both have a free download called (I think) "Services Menu," which is a system preference pane that allows you to turn on or off services as you desire.
