were i listen to them, i have been trying to download them to my palm
Tungsten E, with no success, in iTunes i go to preferences, select mp3,
select the songs, and burn them, they all burn as .m4p, how can i turn them
to mp3's??? is getting an iPod a must to listen to my purchased songs?????
I have never bought any songs, but I know you can convert the songs within iTunes so you should be able to do it with the bought songs too.
Select .MP3 as the encoding standard and then select the .M4A songs in the iTunes window and convert them the way you would a list of songs on a CD.

Protected songs can't be converted from within iTunes. You have to burn them as an audio CD (or CDRW to save fifteen cents) and then re-import them as mp3.
