Can't recall any typhoons or tsunamis, but apart from that ... you forgot "killer humidity."
You know, when you put it like that, it's a wonder anyone lives here in Florida ... oh wait there's all those gorgeous nearly-naked women running around all over the place, cheap drinks, and great vacation resorts.
Our membership is largely allergic to frostbite, blizzards, pale skin and taxes. :)
