Yeah but you have to take their word for it that they deleted it. We don't know wether that happens or not. From what we heard it sounded like illegal activities. And even if it were deleted, it can be recovered. Or it may be deleted off the hdd, but it was snuck onto a USB memory key before hand, or someone copied it across to their computer or it was played out onto a cassette. There is no way to stop music piracy, we just have to be honest and reasonable.

Well, I know where I stand and I was just bringing up the real world
example as all of my almost 2,000 genuine CDs don't have a single
scratch on them...
