*No. QT ask to go on Apple website to check for last version almost every time I open my iMac. I do not want that it does that automatically, I can do it myself when I want it.

- Dan. *I do not think that it is related to QT pro. ------------- From: Miche Doherty : IIRC (I have QT Pro) you see the nag screen on the first launch of Quicktime Player after boot. Before launching it, set the system date to ten years (or whatever) from now. Launch QT, click the "maybe later" button, then reset the date.
Now QT has a mental note to nag you again in 2014.
