I was curious about the same thing. Although I did find the URL interesting, and in the case that his question was leading to the URL, I'd like to point out that the primary issues involved at that URL would be just as easy to do on a Mac or Linux or any other OS. The primary issues has to deal with how easy it was to alter the data.
