I'm posting the to the list in case others are receiving these sorts of messages. I have had about twelve of them in the last several days.
Yup. I gots 10 in the past 24 hours or so.
What can I do about them?
Ignore them, or reply to them per their instructions.

Can someone on the list please explain to me where these emails are coming from?
ISPs receive emails in "streams". One-off streams, such as when you send a single reply to a friend, are received at a high priority. Mailing-list streams, such as those from Maclaunch, are received at a lower priority. Known spam sources (eg pacific countries) are received at an even lower priority.
The lower priority sometimes means that the mass-mailer mechanisms, such as Maclaunch, cannot get its full load of mail thru (stream gets terminated prematurely). Or that the receiving server temporarily "bounces" mails.
The "warning" message you receive from Maclaunch is an indication to you that there was a problem, but that subsequent retries have worked. The problem has cleared, at least temporarily. Maclaunch keeps a counter running - if the problem occurs too often, Maclaunch will suspend your subscription (and notify you with further instructions). The "warning" message is an opportunity to clear that counter. Typically unnecessary, but if you want, you can reply to the message.
FWIW, I think this recent spate of warnings was because many mail servers were clogged handling a sudden massive spam flood. Large ISPs like Earthlink, AOL, Comcast, RR, etc, have all felt it. eg: My puny spam-traps, which normally catch 120 to 150 spams per day, have been catching 400+ per day for the last 4 days...
