I found some documents on Apple about my stuck CD/DVD problem.
I can get the CDs/DVDs in or out of the iMac now.
However, my iMac has one problem, the top of the slot is kind of 
bowing down, but the Apple documents only says that the bottom half 
is not correctly seated or something like that, and to contact an 
Authorized Repair Center.
Does anybody know how to fix this slight problem?
The color shift is very occasional, and I think this iMac is worth saving!
