Not sure about the brands, but it can be done because
I've seen a company here in the UK offering it. Then
you install an OS like 9.1 which will allow for CD
burning from an internal drive and you're all ready to
go (basically OS9.1 or higher I suppose). 

All things considered it wasn't an outrageously
expensive procedure, like things can be with Macs.
