It looks from other listers input and what I've
personally experienced that its either the flyback
transformer gone done or a faulty AV board.
If its the former a replacement can be done butit is
expensive costing more in monetary terms than the
machine,you also need to be careful when dealing with
HT voltages.
If the fault lies with the AV board easier to replace
if you can obtain one.
