Can't say that I'm happy with my WD at this point. HAve a 120GB installed in a firewire box. First one purchased in mid Oct,04 went bad 12/18/04. Now the replacement is starting to make the same clicking noise from what I believe to be bad seeks. Surface scans show no bad sectors but the first did the same thing when the system no longer recognized it.
