Not that I'm aware of. However, the use of PC133 instead of PC100 is much more transparent then using PC100 instead of PC66... PC66 designed items tended to be much pickier about their ram (or to look at it another way, PC100 is less backward compatible with PC66 then PC133 is with PC100). What all that means is, you *should* be ok. If it helps, I'm running a pair of PC133 512 MB chips in my iMac 400 slot load. It too is spec'd for PC100 chips.
