I have the Formac iRaid card which is a combination SCSI and AV input/capture card. It is installed on my imac right now although I also just installed a Sonnet Harmoni upgrade which gave me a firewire port. So I might be open to negotiation. I think I also have an iPort card around somewhere. I'll look!
