No. (Well, she could borrow someone else's Mac OS X install discs (any version, doesn't matter because you're never going to get past the first screen).
Look, folks, your admin password on OS X is *important.* Make it something that's easy for YOU to remember, but difficult for people who know you to guess. For example, you can take something that on the surface would seem easy -- your dog/cat's name -- and change one or more of the letters to numbers, ie R0VER or 5PIKE. That instantly makes it much harder for a physical intruder (who is likely to be someone you know) to guess it.
