i see that they updated it so it now works with the updated Safari

This post reminds me to tell everyone -- if Safari is not working better than ever after you update to 10.3.9 and repair permissions, it's because you were running some third-party add-on to Safari that broke when Safari's version changed.


This happens EVERY TIME Safari is updated. Pith Helmet, Saft, Acid Search and all the others break. Perfectly normal add-on behaviour. Simply deactivate/uninstall the add-on, wait for them to update it, then reinstall.
