try a little voodoo on it. if you haven't already got to your modem and click everything off -suound- -pulse- and the box just click it and then put everything back and and try it again. My 350 has a tizzy every once in awhile by so far (fingers crossed) it returns to normal. Also check all your connections, which I'm sure you have already. ED
