is not signed to a Big Five label.
Don't you think there are other players in the field at all? Some
artists want more than what the music industry can give them.

Do you mean that you can find completely unrestricted MP3 format
music that does not comply to those two points?
I'm sorry that you are so lacking in reading comprehension that you
cannot understand my statement. I asked for the name of a commercial,
legal downloading service that sells -- not rents -- unrestricted
MP3 format. You're right that if a company met condition (1), they
would therefore meet conditions (2) and (3), but I notice that you
fail to mention any such service.
The answer to the question was not "that could have been phrased
differently," the answer is the name of such a service. Still waiting.
