First Dan, Thanx for a point in the right direction here...

To begin, I'd already had a Min Set made from the Base
Set, but following Mac Guru Randy Singer's advice to see
Bob LeVitus' Dr. Mac pages here:
<http://www.osxfaq.com/dailytips/02-2002/02-28.ws>
I learned much more is possible to pare on my now normal
really bare/superquick Min Set for using with OSX.

I must now disagree, and say that it is Major savings in both
time and used RAM especially after I went in and turned off
VM in the Memory CP before I finally disabled that CP too.
Give it a shot, I'm sure you'll be surprized, especially if'n you
aren't Max'd on RAM, but even then I would venture a bigtime
boot savings is to be easily had. Anyway, it's worth a tryout.

I will tryout disableing some of the Fonts I never use/not
used by the System after loading CCv8.1 over the weekend
just to see just what happens.

A very Good piece of advise that has been completed and
Wow!! what a difference it has made, on top of the advice
from Randy and Dr. Mac, the startup screen of Classic goes
by too fast to even notice. Thanx for your Guru input Dan.
