There are many alternate isps in Canada. They use bell phone lines, but many offer much better prices, band width limits, etc. People looking for an isp in Canada should check this site: http://www.canadianisp.com/ Just my two cents. Tom
Thanks for the link, Tom. It's not quite accurate for all communities, though. It turns up no cable ISP for my town, yet Shaw Cable is the largest supplier of internet service in the town and outlying areas.
