I'm assuming you're referring to the process of burning CDs where some
or all tracks on the source CD segue into following tracks. If this is
the case, try going into iTunes/Preferences/Advanced/Burning and set
the "Gap Between Songs" value to none.

the only fix for this is to join the tracks together into one track.
there is no way to change that tiny gap (i think the gap is when it
loads the next song)

Apple ones? I like lots of low bass and high treble :-)
