The best technical support I've ever experienced has been on Belkin
routers and the staff were in India. They were great. If Apple
support is that good, they will gain market share.
As for Belkin, they have no competition. If Belkin makes it and I
need it, I buy without shopping at all and that is because I know
their support staff knows what they are doing and are available 24
hours a day.
So, Belkin people, reach out and touch the Mac support people.
