A Comcast rep on the phone told me that a couple of months back. Then
again, I just finished an online chat with Comcast about this, and she
told me that yes, it was likely the system was flagging this as spam,
so ultimately the thing to do is just send it three times.

I will look into the question of a group but the vast majority of
recipients are in their 70s and 80s so I don't know whether that would
be too confusing for them.
