That's a very good point!  Since I didn't initialize the drive or
install OS 9 on this iMac, I don't know if the OS 9 drivers are on
there or not.  When I formatted the partitions on the USB drive that
I'm using for a backup of all of my Macs, I made sure that I included
the OS 9 drivers.  I guess it's a good thing too, or else I might not
have been able to boot that iMac again.  Now for more questions...

1) How can I tell if the OS 9 drivers were installed when the drive
was formatted?
2) The million dollar question... Is there a way to get them on the
drive now so that I can boot to OS 9 or do I have to reformat?
