Bruce, I did do a pram reset and I also did disk utility from external drive. There was one small minor error but it is fixed and still stuttering. I am going to look thru some of my older tv shows and see if they stutter at all, it seems like I remember Lost doing it too. Sometimes the video stops all together and the audio continues on. I guess it was always and I am just noticing it more lately so I am not sure if its some program or software related thing.
I will download Memtest and check that out. I will also check console. thanks for the ideas... Oh and how do I check the temperature?
