Nevermind... I took the Indigo apart. The IDE cable was securely attached. Removed it anyway. Removed the hard drive. Shrugged my shoulders. Put the hard drive back in (leaving the CD drive disconnected). Turned on the Indigo. It booted to Tiger. Turned it off. Connected CD drive. Turned it on while holding down the mouse button. Ejected my CD. Booted to Tiger. Inserted CD. CD showed on Desktop. Dragged CD to Trash to eject CD. Everything works. Shrugged shoulders again.
