OS 9 flat out will not run on an Intel system; OS 9 support on PPC
systems ended with 10.4.

The only way to run OS 9 applications on an Intel system is via
emulation, using Sheepshaver. <http://sheepshaver.cebix.net/> Note the
very latest version of OS9 that Sheepshaver can run is 9.0.4.

VASTLY more practical would be to get OS X compatible versions of
those applications or find Shareware or Open Source replacements.

Fonts, either TrueType or PostScript will transfer just fine.

Practically speaking for the Adobe apps, you will want to get Creative
Suite 2, 3 or 4 (the current version). CS2 will run in PPC emulation
which may or may not still work in Snow Leopard.

As for QX, DEFINITELY look for an OS X compatible version. V4 is
antique, and will likely run poorly in emulation.

Long term, if you're stuck with those versions of the software, a
better solution is to find the newest G4 tower that still boots in OS
9, which was the last Mirrored Drive Door models.

But what you're doing is essentially saying "I'm getting a 2010 BMW
325i, I'd like to bolt my Model T differential, rear wheels and
dashboard onto it. Do you foresee any problems?"
