My advice would be... Keep using your Blueberry iMac to run those
apps. (Or, as suggested, get a faster OS9 compatible Mac) (Or
upgrade... And yes, you will probably have to do this eventually! You
could get CS2 on ebay or something, I run it under 10.5 and it works
just fine. It should work with 10.6 also.)
First, if you are going to use an emulator, you don't have to make a
separate partition for the apps, just make a folder called, OS9
Applications (Or whatever you want to call it.)
Second... None of the OS9 extensions, system plugins or system files
will work in OSX. The applications are usually stand-alone, so you'll
just need the applications and probably their enclosing folders.
However, the emulator you use might or might not support extensions or
plugins, I don't know that much about sheep shaver.
Third, I guess it's worth a try. But bear in mind, not all classic
apps will work using emulation... You might check first to see if
there's a list of supported apps.
Fouth, You can't boot a Core 2 iMac in anything lower then 10.4. Sheep
shaver should run under 10.5 or 10.6 as an application, as do most
emulators.
Fifth, yes this is the right list. :)
Unless you really want to run those on your intel mac, go for it. If
you don't want to spend the time learning how to run them using an
emulator, just put your Blueberry iMac right on the desk next to your
Intel iMac and you're set :)
