I have the 20" 2.1ghz iSight model. It's a really nice machine, but
they all have some limitations four years later....
Max is 2.5GB of RAM (one slot with 512MB built in), virtually
impossible to open at home. Mine is rather slow for iPhoto's 14,000
images. But the screen is great, in fact they changed to a cheaper
screen for one of the Intel versions that came out shortly after this
model.
As with any older computer, your mileage may vary. It will always do
the things it was capable of as a new machine, and sometimes a little
more.
