I've never even heard of them, since I live in the US which considers ecological concerns to be the province of DFH's and is the Home of the Hummer, the Double-Down and cars that have had to be widened to accommodate our rapidly growing posteriors, but Apple's specs are a mainly CYA thing, it looks like those disks are designed to work properly in all modern drives...the slot loading drive should grab them just fine, especially since others say they've worked just fine. The big no-no for slotloaders is mini disks and those damned 'business-card' style gimmick CD's. Those WILL get stuck, although in the case of the mini disks they can sometimes be gotten out by turning off the iMac, grasping it firmly and shaking it a few times with the slot facing downward. Enough of the disk will come out so that it can be grabbed and pulled out. -- Bruce Johnson University of Arizona College of Pharmacy Information Technology Group Institutions do not have opinions, merely customs -- You received this message because you are a member of the iMac Group, a group for those using Apple iMacs and eMacs.
