It's entirely possible that some neighbor with a Sony Vaio connected (intentionally or accidentally) to your ABS; what you see in 'Network' is what's on the network at that point in time. If, at some point in the past, that Sony had been set as a static address in the ABS, it would also appear in the Network; I"ve seen this myself with my printer.
