Harry, I did try Safari. The link I posted is the page that will start my personal photo book. Apparently, when others tried that link, it took them to the log in page. It is definitely a problem on my iMac because neither Firefox nor Safari will open that page. I contacted Shutterfly again. Their support says that their site relies heavily on Flash and Java. I have the latest Flash, but that didn't help! I have been on the phone with Applecare for hours and we are narrowing down the problem to my User folder. We tried a new User and didn't have any problems loading that page. I did notice that in Verifing/Repairing Disk Permissions, a lot of Library/Java stuff did not get fixed. So the Senior Tech told me to use my Install Disk to Repair Permissions. Unfortunately, I had to leave for vacation in the middle of this problem. So when I get home, that is the first thing I am going to do. I tried posting my note almost a week ago (June 30), but it never appeared! I wonder why it took so long?
