I like the older Carbon Copy Cloner, from OWC...

It's cloned everything from Classic OS-9.2.2 to OS-10.9, here.

1999 PowerBook G3/400 to the Mac Mini...

The newer CCC you pay for has more bells and whistles....

Not my cuppa....
