Hi Bill,

Does your father currently have TeamViewer installed on 10.5?  If you're 
attempting to install, older versions of the application can be found at 
the oldapps website: Old Version of TeamViewer for Mac for Mac OS X 10.5 
Leopard (PowerPC) Download
