Hi Bill, Late to the conversations. According to TeamViewer (https://community.teamviewer.com/t5/Knowledge-Base/Which-operating-systems-are-supported/ta-p/24141#toc-hId-442705294 <https://community.teamviewer.com/t5/Knowledge-Base/Which-operating-systems-are-supported/ta-p/24141#toc-hId-442705294>), your Dad’s computer can run TeamViewer 10 - 13. Do you know what version he has now? You can download previous versions of TeamViewer here:
https://www.teamviewer.com/en-us/download/previous-versions/ <https://www.teamviewer.com/en-us/download/previous-versions/> If he does not have TeamViewer 13, it might be worth giving that a try to see if it compatible with your version of TeamViewer running on 10.15.3. Apologies if this is repeating information already discussed. Cheers.
