Is this latter step easy to achieve using standard JNI tools once the embedding/running of BioFormats works?That would be the next step after cleaning up my Avian patches and trying to read files via SCIFIO.
Please let me know if you need any help from my side. I'll be happy to include your solution into VIGRA.
