All overlays are deleted when we
run("Orthogonal Views"); (or from the GUI)
Ideally, we'd like to continue seeing them in the XY images, but even if this
cannot be preserved, when we exit we'd like them to be preserved.
A work around it to always save the data before running orthogonal views and
then revert after running it, but if would be great if overlays were preserved.
