Is there a way to save overlays and restore them if they get deleted?
All overlays are deleted when we run orthogonal views, either from the GUI or
using run("Orthogonal Views");
This is a problem because we mark features and all the markings get erased.
Before we write a macro to either keep track of overlays as ROIs in the ROI
Manager or save an image and restore it after each run of orthogonal views, we
were wondering if there is an easier way to do this.
