Hi Norbert,

I have not seen this problem on my Mac. As far as I know, there is nothing in 
more recent releases that addresses this problem. The 
setOption("SetIJMenuBar",boolean) determines whether the ImageJ menu bar is 
shown at the top of Mac screens on image window activation. The default is 
’true’.
