I'd recommend you serve the images from IIS (using the
config_ImagesPathRegular.cgi file setting, as described in the ReadMe.html
file), and see if the problem is alleviated. IMail doesn't do a good job
of serving multiple small gifs - it sends headers with them that tells the
browsers not to cache them. IIS is much more efficient for that chore,
even if running on the same box with IMail.
