Just a moment there--- If you're an SNF customer and you want ANYTHING blocked, and you are willing to have your rulebase customized for it then it will be blocked.

Tell me how Pete. I forwarded to Spam @ Sortmonster.com several of these emails this guy keeps sending now I also am besieged with WJS wine and Loud N Clear  hearing ads.

Been a SNF customer for years.

If forwarding to spam@ does not work then you have a chronic spam case. A number of things could be causing it, including the possibility that we're not getting those messages.

For chronic spam cases, zip some examples, attach them to a message and send it to support@ with "chronic spam" in the subject. Zipping the samples will ensure that the spam doesn't cause the message to be blocked.

We will research the problem with you, create new rules, and if there is a policy conflict (not likely in this case) then we will create rules for your specific rulebase.

Best,
