We've done some research into this problem and have found
that the max returns counter is decremented incorrectly in 5.x.
This is/will be corrected in 5.05.
You may be able to change the behavior by changing the max
return value. If you want all of them, I'd suggest using
a value like 65535 or 4095 or 255 (depending on number of
users).
This MAY not be the problem that you see but we have identified
a problem in this area.
