Way off subject here are we not?

anyway, IIS runs over SP4, and we have reinstalled it over SP4 and SP5 with
no trouble (except that it is Microsoft and we have to reboot 36.5 times)
then we reload the current SP and all runs fine.  If you are having trouble
with that file maybe your install disk is foofed.  Maybe the file should be
deleted... Maybe you should uninstall IIS then do this?  Have fun, keep your
reboot fingers ready, and good luck... It does work together so you just
have to keep fighting.
