Had some problems here with clients using outlook express (that came with
IE4) and POP getting multiple messages. This only occurred if they selected
to leave a copy of the messages on the server. This did not occur with any
other client using the same settings. Client upgrading to IE5's Outlook
Express, switching to IMAP, not saving copies on the server, or using
another client would resolve the issue. I don't have any first hand with OE
98 but I hope this is of some help...
One thought on that subscribe thing... can they subscribe if not using HTML
formatting?
